The Essence of Sustainable Home Design

Kinley is an address for the future, and that means planning today for a more sustainable tomorrow. From the very outset, the team behind Kinley was determined to not only create as little impact as possible during construction, but also make it easier for residents to minimise their own impact on the environment, while building a strong and thriving community.

Neighbourhood Art

Specially commissioned public artworks will add to the character, beauty and uniqueness of Kinley. Pieces will echo the region’s ancient and modern history – from paying homage to the Wurundjeri culture and stories, to reflecting the site’s more recent heritage, such as Cave Hill farm and quarry.

Taking their cues from their specific location to ensure they’re in keeping with their surroundings, the Kinley’s public art aims to inspire, connect, and encourage contemplation.
